LEWISTON – After a break-in in the 900 block of Elliott Drive Tuesday night, Lewiston Police and the department’s K-9 unit followed footprints in the snow to the home of a suspect in 900 block of James Drive.
Jamie L. McGuire, 32, was charged just before 10 p.m. Tuesday with second-degree burglary and third-degree larceny. Police said she also is suspected of a larceny from a vehicle in the 1000 block of James Drive over the weekend and further charges are pending. McGuire was arraigned in the Town of Lewiston and remanded to Niagara County Jail in lieu bof $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond.
State police and the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation.
