Another woman aide to State Assemblyman Dennis H. Gabryszak, D-Cheektowaga, is coming forward to complain about his allegedly lurid advances.
Caitrin Kennedy, currently Gabryszak’s director of community relations, will complain about the assemblyman’s sexually suggestive statements in a claim being mailed tonight to the State Court of Claims, according to one of her lawyers involved in the matter.
He told The Buffalo News that Kennedy’s complaint will be consistent with allegations made in a complaint filed last week by three former aides to Gabryszak, a state assemblyman since 2007.
