Despite a travel ban this afternoon in the City of Lackawanna, police were dealing near 5 p.m. with two tractor trailers that went off the road on Route 5 near Ridge Road.
There were no reports of injuries, and police were continuing to investigate what are believed to have been two unrelated accidents caused by wintry weather.
