A 20-year-old Newton Street man was arrested on a marijuana charge while allegedly interfering with the flow of traffic in the first block of 7th Street about 6:40 p.m. Wednesday. Lamar L. Pace was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana after officers reported finding that he was carrying five bags of marijuana.
