A 29-year-old Perry Street man was arrested on drug charges when officers allegedly saw him walking at Weaver and Griswald streets with a spoon with drug residue in plain view in the back pocket of his trousers about 11 p.m. Wednesday.
Jose Lopez was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance outside its original container. The spoon was submitted for testing to determine the exact drug residue on it.
