There’s a bonus waiting for donors who substantially increase their pledges during the United Jewish Fund Campaign’s 34th annual Super Sunday telephone appeal this Sunday – a gift certificate.
Super Sunday chairmen Rob and Shira Goldberg and vice chairmen Andrew and Jennifer Isenberg announced that anyone who increases a pledge by $100 or more, or who increases a donation by 10 percent if it’s more than $1,000, will receive a gift certificate for $10 at the Meyers Family Cafe in the Jewish Community Center in Getzville.
The goal for Super Sunday is $150,000, a portion of the overall United Jewish Fund campaign goal of more than $2 million.
More than 100 volunteers will take part in Sunday’s phonathon and associated activities.
The event runs from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the center, located at 2640 N. Forest Road, Getzville.
