The cleanup from a burst water pipe at Chef’s Restaurant is taking longer than expected and the popular eatery will not be reopening until Friday. The restaurant originally had expected to be back in business on Thursday.
Water damage was caused when a sprinkler pipe burst in the attic on Sunday afternoon.
The restaurant, located at 291 Seneca St., will continue to fill drop-off catering orders. The takeout window remains closed.
