LOCKPORT – Teenage child molester Thomas E. McGrew Jr. was rated a Level 2 sex offender Friday by Niagara County Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas. His name will be remain on the state sex offenders website for the rest of his life.
McGrew, 19, of Maple Road, Wilson, was denied youthful offender status last April, when Farkas sent him to prison for sexually molesting a 5-year-old girl in Cambria between October 2011 and the spring of 2012.
McGrew is due to be paroled from Gowanda Correctional Facility on March 25. He will be under post-release supervision until 2024, Farkas said.
