A 46-year-old Weston Avenue man was arrested on assault and other charges after allegedly choking a neighbor woman as she intervened in his argument with her mother shortly after 8 p.m. Sunday.
Paul Wyatt was charged with third-degree assault, attempted strangulation and harassment for allegedly punching the younger woman, choking her and causing her to gasp for air and punching her in the face after she stepped between him and her mother during the argument in the first block of the street.
