LOCKPORT – A Cheektowaga man pleaded guilty Thursday in Niagara County Court to having child pornography on his personal computer.
Joseph C. Olick, 53, of Woodell Street, was living in Cambria when he was arrested in November.
He was caught in an early 2013 undercover probe by agents of the Buffalo Cyber Crimes Task Force, who downloaded three allegedly pornographic videos from Olick’s computer, Assistant District Attorney Elizabeth R. Donatello said. More porn was found in a subsequent police search that resulted in the seizure of Olick’s notebook computer and external hard drives.
Olick could be sent to prison for as long as seven years when he is sentenced July 10 by Judge Matthew J. Murphy III.
