A 31-year-old Kenmore man was arrested on criminal trespass and felony burglary charges Friday afternoon in a printing store in the 2100 block of Elmwood Avenue after allegedly trying to pass himself off as collecting funds for a breast cancer charity and a local college scholarship fund.
Michael Hinckley of Tremaine Avenue was charged with burglary for allegedly taking items in the store. Store officials told officers he had been told more than a dozen times in the past month to stop coming into the store and harassing customers with his fake charity claims.
