A 23-year-old Burch Avenue man was arrested on drug and marijuana charges during a routine traffic stop at Dartmouth Avenue at Comstock Avenue about 2:15 p.m. Wednesday.
Cody Dascomb was arrested after officers reported finding him with cocaine residue under his nose and a small bag of cocaine, a straw with cocaine residue and marijuana wrapped in tin foil in his vehicle. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
