NIAGARA FALLS – A Niagara Falls man was charged Monday with forcing his way into a house, punching a resident and then taking the man’s debit cards last week in the 400 block of 23rd Street.
Edward E. Rollie Jr., 38, of Belden Place was charged with second-degree robbery, second-degree burglary, second-degree harassment, fourth-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree grand larceny in connection with the March 30 incident.
