NIAGARA FALLS – A woman was pepper-sprayed by two would-be purse thieves in the parking lot of Seneca Niagara Casino Hotel early Wednesday.
The 41-year-old victim told piolice the two men asked her for change and she was sprayed as she looked in her purse. But when one of the men grabbed her purse, she was able to hang onto it and both men ran off. Two others said they had been approached by the two shortly before the attack.
The two were described as white males, skinny, wearing black sweatshirts with the hoods pulled up. One was 5-foot-8 with blond hair, facial hair and blue eyes. The other man was 6 feet tall with dark hair.
