Neighborhood residents interested in sharing their vision for their community are invited to Elmwood Village Association’s Community Open House from 9 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday in St. John’s Grace Church, 51 Colonial Circle.
The open house is part of an effort to get public input for Phase 1 of the Elmwood Village Neighborhood Plan. Those attending will be asked for feedback on their experiences and hopes for the neighborhood as it moves forward.
The Elmwood Village Association works with businesses and residents on community quality-of-life matters, particularly for the neighborhood between North Street and Forest Avenue, and Richmond and Delaware avenues. It sponsors the Elmwood-Bidwell Farmers Market, Picnic in the Parkway Summer Concert Series and neighborhood beautification. For more information, visit www.elmwoodvillage.org.
