Randalea Rivera, 26, was arrested in the 300 block of Crescent Street and charged with felony counts of criminal possession of marijuana in the second-degree. Raheem Butts, 23, was arrested at the same time in the 800 block of Prendergast Avenue and charged with criminal possession of controlled substances in the third and fourth degrees, criminal use of drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of marijuana.
