Students at St. Mark’s School, 399 Woodward Ave., have a good reason to go to school for a half-day today: Every student from first to seventh grade will take part in a Summer Safari program.
Jeff Musial from Nickel City Reptiles and Exotics will introduce his collection of wild animals. First- and fourth-graders will get to know reptiles through an additional presentation by Earth Spirit. Second-, third- and sixth-graders will climb a rock wall on the front lawn, fifth-graders will dig into archaeology, and seventh-graders will build miniature catapults.
