NIAGARA FALLS – A Flushing, N.Y. man told police that someone popped the lock on his van and took a laptop and other items while parked at a restaurant around noon Monday in the 100 block of Buffalo Avenue.
The 39-year-old man said someone popped out the lock cylinder in his van’s side door while parked next to the restaurant at Buffalo and Old Main streets and took a $2,500 Apple laptop, a Canon camera, a $1,000 watch, a Coach bag and Bose headphones. Total loss and damage was estimated at $5,080.
