Damone Tillman, 37, was charged with drug possession and endangering the welfare of a child following a traffic stop Wednesday prompted by heavily tinted windows, Buffalo Police said.
Tillman, whose address was unavailable, was driving someone else’s gray Cadillac Deville with his 6-year-old daughter sleeping in the back seat when he was stopped, police said. The location of the arrest was not listed in the police report.
Officers said Tillman’s license was suspended and a plastic bag of cocaine or crack cocaine was in the center console of the car.
