A Roesch Street man is accused of dealing marijuana at Riverside Avenue and Tonawanda Street – a crime that was captured on surveillance videotape, Buffalo police said Wednesday.
Myshawn Farmer, 25, is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct – the latter charge for blocking pedestrian traffic, said police.
