MAYVILLE – A 32-year-old Silver Creek man was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail after he was arrested for allegedly brutalizing a woman during an argument at a Monroe Street home in the Village of Silver Creek about 4 p.m. Wednesday.
Roger J. Prince-Rivera was charged with brutalizing the woman during an argument in his home, preventing her from making a 911 call and pinning her against a door by choking her as she tried to escape before Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies arrived.
Prince-Rivera was remanded to the jail after his arraignment in Silver Creek Village Court on charges of criminal obstruction of breathing, criminal mischief, unlawful imprisonment and harassment charges.
