State Police at Boston have charged a 39-year-old Blasdell man with felony driving while intoxicated, after he was stopped for changing lanes unsafely over the weekend.
The trooper stopped the vehicle driven by Aaron J. Longbine, of Harrison Avenue, at about 5:15 p.m. Saturday on Southwestern Boulevard in Orchard Park. Due to a previous DWI conviction in the last 10 years, Longbine was charged with felony DWI, according to police reports.
State police also charged him with aggravated unlicensed operation, accusing him of driving with a suspended license due to the previous arrest. Longbine refused to submit to a breath test, police said.
