State troopers seek help locating Randolph bridge vandals

JAMESTOWN – State police were asking for the public’s help Monday in tracking down the vandals who threw an object from the Archer Hill overpass on the Southern Tier Expressway at Randolph onto the windshield of a tractor trailer passing below, nearly causing it to crash about 8:30 p.m. Sunday.
