LOCKPORT – Niagara County Jail corrections officers stopped a woman who had concealed a small amount of marijuana in her mouth before visiting a woman prisoner in the jail just before 6 p.m. Tuesday.
Rose Lee Agee, 22, of Spring Street was charged by Niagara County sheriff’s deputies with introducing contraband into prison and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Officers said she had also been the guardian of a child who accompanied her to the jail and she was additionally charged with endangering the welfare of a child. A friend was called to pick up the child and Agee was taken to the Town of Lockport Court to be arraigned and was returned to the jail on $500 bail.
